Returns Policy

At Trust and Smart Metals, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Returns & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

Custom-Made Products

Most of our products are custom fabricated according to customer-approved measurements and designs. Because of this, custom-made products cannot be returned or refunded once production has started, except where:

• The product has a manufacturing defect.
• The delivered product does not match the approved quotation or specifications.
• The wrong product was supplied by Trust and Smart Metals.

Standard Products

Eligible standard products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they:

• Are unused and in their original condition.
• Include all original accessories and packaging.
• Are accompanied by proof of purchase.

Damaged Deliveries

Customers should inspect products upon delivery. Any visible damage, defects, or missing items should be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom-made steel doors and windows
• Custom gates and railings
• Fabricated products made to customer specifications
• Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, accidents, or unauthorized modifications

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before production begins. Once fabrication has started, cancellation fees may apply to cover materials, Labour, and production costs already incurred.
