• Custom-made products are manufactured according to customer-approved measurements and designs.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring that all measurements and specifications provided are accurate.

3. Pricing

Prices displayed on the website may change without prior notice. Written quotations remain valid only for the period stated on the quotation.

4. Delivery and Installation

Delivery dates are estimates and may vary depending on production schedules, weather, transportation, or other unforeseen circumstances. Installation services are available where agreed.

5. Returns and Cancellations

Because many of our products are custom fabricated, completed custom orders cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective or do not match the approved specifications.

6. Warranty

We warrant our workmanship against manufacturing defects for the period specified on your invoice or quotation. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or improper maintenance.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, including logos, images, text, videos, and designs, belongs to Trust and Smart Metals and may not be copied or used without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Trust and Smart Metals shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
