Deposits

Custom fabrication orders require a deposit before production begins. The remaining balance must be paid before delivery or upon completion, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payment Confirmation

Orders will only proceed after payment has been confirmed.

Late Payments

Outstanding balances may delay manufacturing, delivery, or installation. Additional charges may apply where permitted by law.

Taxes

Applicable taxes and statutory charges are included or added as required by Ugandan law.

Refunds

Refunds are considered only in accordance with our Returns Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.
